Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or any unexpected delays, we will communicate these delays to you promptly via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Expedited and priority shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Taxes and Duties
Since all shipments are domestic within the United States, taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout. There are no additional customs, duties, or import fees for domestic orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages: KOBRA FLEETWORKS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at kobrafleetworks@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping methods. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at kobrafleetworks@outlook.com. Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.
