At KOBRA FLEETWORKS, all sales are final at this time. As a new company, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order as expected.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen Packages: KOBRA FLEETWORKS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit once they leave the United States. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us at kobrafleetworks@outlook.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
